Welcome to our online pharmacy website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Ordering

All customers must be of legal age in their respective jurisdiction to purchase medications from our website. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided at the time of ordering. All products offered on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders at our discretion.

3. Shipping Policy

We provide fast, reliable, and discreet delivery services to any country specified by our customers. Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. All orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

EMS Delivery (Express with Online Tracking)

EMS delivery is available for customers who require faster service. Delivery normally takes 5-9 days from the date the order is dispatched, with a maximum delivery period of 14 days. A tracking code will be provided for all EMS orders as soon as they are shipped.

Standard (Registered AirMail Delivery)

Standard delivery via Registered AirMail typically takes 14-21 days from the date the order is dispatched, with a maximum delivery period of 30 days. Packages shipped via this service cannot be tracked. Orders are sent discreetly and will be left in your mailbox.

Please note, large orders (over 120 pills) will be shipped in two separate shipments and will not arrive on the same day. Generic and brand name medications will also be shipped separately and may arrive on different days.

You will be automatically notified by email when your order is approved and shipped. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before dispatch.

4. Returns

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been dispatched. If you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective products, please contact our support team immediately for assistance. Any claims regarding product defects or delivery issues must be submitted within seven days of receipt.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or prior to dispatch. To cancel, please contact us via Feedback Support Service, Live Chat, or Phone. Our representative will assist you promptly. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Liability

Our online pharmacy shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use or misuse of the products purchased through our website. It is your responsibility to consult a licensed healthcare professional before using any medication bought from our website. We cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects, allergies, or misuse of products.
